Hi all,
Some of you know me and my story regarding endometriosis and Lupron. Well, went off Lupron in March and still had no AF. Until today that is. Sheer panic has set in, waiting for that dreaded “twisting” to come back. I should have known it was coming because for the past month a ton of things were happening; vaginal irritation, sever mood swings, and “twisting” on and off. Yesterday it was twisting on the other side and today....Bingo. I am so upset about this. I was hoping to at least get through July without AF because we are going away next week. Last time I had my period, it lasted 72 days. Here comes the drugs again

I just need to vent. Thanks.

I'm sorry AF had such bad timing. I hope she decides to visit leaves quickly. Enjoy your vacation wether she has to go along or not.

Unfortunately, with AF comes the horrible twisting pain. That’s what I am most upset about. I was hoping to get by one more month without it because of that reason. The pain leaves me curled up in a ball and literally have to crawl to the bathroom. Lupron was just buying me time while the Drs. tried to find the cause. unfortunately, no cause was found, therefore they didn’t fix anything. Now, I can’t imagine going through all this again.
Anyway, thanks for letting me vent.

(((Pippin)))) - I am so sorry that you are in such horrible pain. Is there anything your doc can give you ie., lortab or something? My 19-year old cousin was on lupron b/c she had horrible endometriosis and was in pain like you are. She just had her 3rd or 4th surgery to remove endo and scar tissue and one of her ovaries and she is actually doing much better, not pain free, but better.

I will pray that you feel better.
