something i've always dreamed of is the moment i tell dh that i pregnant. i've actually dreamed about it way more than my wedding day. i don't let him know when i am doing a pg test cuz i don't want it to be me walking out of the bathroom with a pee stick....not that it really makes a difference...we'll both be so happy that it won't really matter. anways what i think i will do (if i can manage to keep it inside for a day or two--not likely...teehee) but we always said that we have our first baby we'll get a dishwasher. what i want to do is have a dishwasher bought and installed and when he gets home from work he'll see the dishwasher with the big pink and blue bow on it. i don't know if i'm being a romantic or what....it's just a dream i have of making the day really neat!!

do you guys think about this? does anyone have any really neat ideas or do you think i should just stick to the pee stick idea when it happens??

Awwwww!! that's sweet.

I've also envisioned telling my sweetheart

in a fortune cookie. Making his favorite dinner, chicken stir fry, and then putting my own fortune in it to him - Many diaper changes in your future or You're going to make an amazing daddy. But I'm not one to be able to keep surprises so I'm certain I won't be able to hold out until after dinner.

Hi,

I sent my husband flowers at work - they were in a baby bootie container from the florist and the card said "Daddy, I'm on my way - see you in February!!!" Daddy was thunderstruck and received cheers and congratulations from all his co-workers. When everyone calmed down, he called home. He was charmed! We still have that sweet ceramic baby bootie!!

Awwww!! That's a cute idear too, my DH is on the road all day with work, so he wouldn't get his flowers until he got back into the office at the end of the day.

By now, my dh is so on top of when everything is supposed to happen, I don't think I could surprise him if I wanted to, unless I lied about when I was going to test. For my dd, he happened to be home when the RE called to tell me of the BFP, so no surprise there either. I have thought about how I would surprise him if I had the opportunity. You guys are very creative with your ideas. Hope you get to use them soon. BFP's to all very soon.
