First of all I like to thank Sarka for guiding me in how to post a new topic. I accidently posted a response instead.
Anyway, I am 27 ttc for baby #3 after a tubal reversal 2.5 yrs. ago. After 3 failed iuis and one m/c, I am taking a break from all the drugs and trying to feel better. I am hoping to make an attempt at IVF in the spring and would welcome any advice in that matter. thanks, Curry

I can't give you any advice on IVF, but there are a lot of girls here who can!
I just wanted to welcome you to the boards

You have definitely come to the right place, the women here are absolutely awesome, they are the rock when the we need one!

Hi Curry, I'm new too but I'm really impressed with the people on this board. Thanks for your reply to my post before. Sounds like you've been through a lot and I'm sorry for that, but IVF sounds very promising for you. I'm thinking about doing it soon, so I'll let you know how it compares to IUI. (Does IUI ever work??) Good luck!!

Hi Amy,thanks for writing. When are you starting an IVF cycle? I am waiting to use our tax return in early spring. I'm hoping we get enough to cover it. I actually found a place in Tarzana, Ca. that only charges 4,900.00. Places around here usually charge 10,000.00 or more. Is it pretty expensive where you live? As to your question about IUI ever working, I think the chance is only 10-20%. I decided that wasnt good enough odds for me. Talk to you soon! Curry
