I'm actually a little nervous. He is a sweet man, my RE, but sometimes I feel he gets frustrated when I ask him a lot of questions -- not that he doesn't want to be bothered, but that there are no simple answers to my questions and he can tell that's what I want... does that make sense?

I'm sure he'll be receptive and hopefully I'll leave there feeling a little more empowered than I do now.

Tomorrow afternoon I have to go to Vancouver for a few days. I'll try to check in on the board before I go to the airport - otherwise, I'll be back on line Wednesday.

(I may have to give myself injections while I'm gone -- yikes!!! I'll take comfort and confidence from you and all the courageous girls on this board!)

so, forgive the typos...I am in my hotel in vancouver trying to get this web-tv keyboard to operate.

the appointment w/ my RE went well. At first he did seem a little "tense" about me showing up w/a list of questions, but he warmed up right away and was very informative.

Let's see... the basics were that he thinks cause my tubes are ok he wants to give me another shot or 2 w/IUI & injectables. We talked about IVF, and he said that would be a good option because of DH low sc. (He said if/when we're ready to do IVF, he'll 'work with us' to reduce some of the costs.)

I don't have my list of questions handy, so when i get home I will update on that other post.
