Progesterone Levels? - Infertility Message Board

Hi everyone. I am on day 23 of an IVF ICSI cycle. We put three embryo's in on 8-26. They were a 4 cell, 6 cell and one that was fragmented. I am taking 3/4 cc of progesterone shots nightly. I got a voice mail from a nurse after taking my blood today saying that the levels were good at a 37. Why is it good? does this mean pregnancy or could it be multiples? Just trying to figure it out before my preg test on 9-7. Going a little crazy. Much Thanks

My RE likes to see 30 or above. Mine was 51.2. The reason they like for it to be 30 or above is to sustain a pergnancy. Hope this helps!

Hi I just did my second IVF ICSI on Sat. The first time I took 1/2 cc of Progesterone every third day and suppositories (yuck).

Since it did not work in May, I am now taking 2cc of Progesterone everynight, an estrogen patch, 3 estrogen pills per day and the beloved suppositories three times per day at 200mg per sup. I hope to God this works because i do not think there is any thing else in the world I can take, lol. They put 1 blastocyte (advanced embrie)and one 8-cell in...

I just had my level drawn today and they said that if it is fine they will not call me, but I am going to call them tomorrow to find out what it was, I am curious. It was fine last time as well and it turned out BFN!

Good luck to you my preg test is on 9/8, the next day. i hope we all have BFP!!!!!

Thank you for your replys.... I am going to lose my mind before the 7th. Good Luck with your preg test on the 8th...I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. I can't believe all the meds you have to take....Thank you again and GOOD LUCK...
