Acupuncture - Infertility Message Board

Has anyone tried acupuncture for infertility? What did you think? I have heard good things about it and am considering trying it - just wondering if anyone else has gone that route. Thanks - Sara

Hi Sarafina,
I have been doing acupuncture for the last few months. I go to an acupuncturist who specializes in infertility. Unfortunately, I've had no luck yet

I do find the acupuncture incredibly. Finding any way to relax is hard to come by for me these days!
I know that there are some studies going on right now at some of the major fertility centers about the effectiveness of acupuncture as an adjuct to treatment. I don't know the results, but I do know that a lot of RE's are interested.
I'd love to hear what others on this board have to say.

Can someone explain to me what accupuncture is? I have heard a lot about it and know it has to do with needles but that's about all I know!
