bloating after injectibles? - Infertility Message Board

Hey Ladies,
I hope everyone is haveing a great day? I had my IUI 6 days ago and prior to that 6 days of 2amps of Repronex. Ever since I finished the shots and had the IUI, I am soooo bloated. It doesn't really hurt, but I can't fit into any of my pants. I weighed myself this morning and have not gained any weight, but I look so weird. I am a small person so I am not used to seeing a bulge down there. I have never bloated after previous IUIs but this is my first time with injectibles. Has this happened to you? I am still over a week away from expecting AF so, I don't think it is PMS. Thanks!!!

Hi Beccalee,

It could be that your ovaries themselves are swollen from all the follies you produced from the medication. I definitely got bloated from the injectible cycles I did and the nurse told me that it was common for the ovaries to swell on meds. Hope you get a BFP soon
