Hi Ladies. I am new to this site. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for three years. I have tried the clomid and now the gonal f. I had a laparoscopy last week and discovered I have endometriosis on my uterus. My doctor cauterized it and we'll go from here. Has anyone had this done before. I am cautiously hopeful. It does become discouraging. We have a very close knit group of friends and we are the only couple not pregnant and no children. It is so overwhelming at times because as you are so happy for them you can't help wondering if it will EVER happen for you.
Sometimes you can't seem to win. You don't want to be a charity case and have people feel sorry for you but on the other hand you want people to be sensitive. My husband is very supportive but sometimes I think he holds his feelings inside because he knows I need support.

I had endometriosis and had it removed by laser and I have 1 child. I sure the doctor got all of it and you will start feeling when you ovulate etc. were your tubes okay?.

Hi I am from Mich also, where is Alanson? Never heard of it. I have been trying for over two years. I have tubal infertility and had two laps. i will be doing IVF in May, I hope everything works out for you. I know the disappointments. Good luck and God bless.

This is a great way to find the support you need - the women in here are AWESOME and very supportive. It is also great when there are 4 or 5 of you on the same cycle and you can go through the day to day waiting together. I had lap done in October. Only a small amount of endometriosis which was cauterized and then also had a bunch of cysts ruptured on my ovaries.

I find out today or tomorrow if I am pg. AF (aunt flo) was due today and didn't come so I am hoping and praying for the best.

Hello again. I have only posted the once and time has gotten away from me. You sound like terrific girls.
Amy ... I hope you had good news. Heather ... I live very close to the Mackinac bridge.
Anyway, I started my injections again. I had my HCG shot today and this is our first cycle since my laporoscopy and found the endo. I have two follicles and now we wait!
I am very hopeful for all of you too. It's a long road sometimes. Maybe God has chosen us because we can handle this and we will become better people because of this difficult experience. What blessed children we will have eventually. To know they are wanted and will be so loved!! Thinking of you all.
