This past week has just been h**l for. Firt I had the episode with the estrace (former post-dr. told me wrong-could lose baby). Well, this last Thursday I had an ultrasound (5 weeks) and they said everything looks great! Now, yesterday, I was cleaning all day, and at 7:00, I started spotting bright red. It was about a teaspoon maybe, and I have cramps. I have always had the cramps though. I called the hospital and they said if the bleeding got worse, or if my cramps felt like labor cramps, I need to come in. Well, after crying most the night, I finally went to sleep. This morning at about 5a.m., I noticed the bleeding has subsided for the most part, but my cramps are still here. I am SO scared!

I'm trying to tell myself everything is alright, but it's getting really hard. I really don't want to lose this baby! I am trying to stay bedrest till tomarrow when I can call my doctor.

Thanks for listening. Has this happened to anyone else? Sorry for the long post.

Lissie ~ I have not been able to get pg yet so I cannot offer any helpful advice. I do however want you to know that you are in my thoughts and prayers that everything will be fine and that both you and baby are healthy!! Please let us know what the doctor says tomorrow. In the meantime, relax & let DH pamper you today.

Lissie, Just wanted to let you know you are in my thoughts. Bed rest sounds good. Actually try not to do too much for a while. It is sooo common to bleed during a pregnancy even someone who wasn't going through infertility treatments. My sister in law got pregnant on her own and bled for the first three months of her pregnancy. So try to keep that in mind and rent a lot of movies and let your house get dirty!!!! It's ok!

Well, and update! I had an early ultrasound because I am still having bad cramping (my U/S wasn't scheduled until next Tuesday). With my cramping and spotting, they were concerned it could be leading up to something.

But today I saw the heartbeat and it was 128!!! And even though I am only 6 weeks, 2 days, I measure at 6 weeks 4 days! And he went from 2mm to 7.3mm in one week! VERY happy! I am feeling A LOT more positive tonight!
