Post IVF transfer is different for everybody. My last transfer I had a good amount of pain from day 4 post transfer until I found out I got a negative pregnancy test. The nurse was not concerned because I had no bleeding but really it can be a sign of uterine contractions which can interfere with implantation.
I had another transfer today and I feel great! No pain whatsoever and no discomfort during the procedure.
I must tell you that the hardest part is the 2 week wait. It can really drive you crazy becasue you so want to be pregnant. I would suggest that you relax as much as possible and keep positive thoughts. Support boards like this were extremely helpful for me because when I wanted to have a meltdown it put me back on the right track.
