Health insurance that covers IVF
Hello,

Our story, like many, is too painful for us to recount yet again. That said, the only option that we have not yet explored are health Insurance plans that might cover IVF treatment and meds. Does such coverage, aside from NYC teachers, exist? Is it possible to supplement any of health insurance coverage to cover IVF treatment, etc?

My health insurance covers infertility treatment including IVF. It pays 70%. But it depends on which plan you have. I know that blue cross blue shield has plans with coverage. You just need to do research. With most work health plans, you get what they offer you. While you may be able to selects different plans within, so companies only offer one plan. Good luck, I am sure you can find one easily, I just don't know what the cost will be.
