First time posting here... Me and wife have been together since age 15 and are currently 30 years old.. We have had unprotected sex since we were age 15 and wife which was gf at that time was diagnosed with pcos at that early age.. Since then she has battled depression and and all the pcos side effects.. We would both go for dr visits and were prescribed birth control but this would only last for couple months because it would wreck my wifes body mentally and physically.. Currently in past couple years we have come to realize we are not going to conceive without help.. So we have been seeing an infertility doctor and have gone through numerous tests.. We have checked myself for sperm count and passed with flying colors.. We have tried the procedures for artificial insemination 3 times and nothing.. So finally doctor asked wife to lose more weight then she could return and we could continue to try more if we chose to.. Well we returned December 2011 because wife had taken a pregnancy tests and levels of hcg were elevated.. It was determined that wife was pregnant.. After months of visiting doctor and checkup it all came down to there was no heartbeat in the time period that a heartbeat should have appeared so doctor ordered a D&C in April.. Wife did not have any periods prior to becoming pregnant so not sure how this happened. Now after the procedure wife still not having periods so from information we have gathered in the past me and wife are going to try and get birth control from doctor to try and get her periods in order then discontinue the birth control and hope she can ovulate. Wife did have a few months that periods came normally but her eggs were not large enough is what the doctor told us.. I have been with her for most of her past visits to fertility doctor and we both want this very bad.. I know we can achieve our goal and I feel so close so I would appreciate any little help or guidance anyone can help me with.. Wife did try Metformin for two to three weeks because we read this would help with periods but did not.. We have tried so much and I just feel we have been unrewarded......... Any help is helpful and appreciated.. Please help before its too late....
