what is this?

hi..i've had constant mild-dizziness for quite some time now and i suspect it is ear related..whenever i move my ears (my jaw muscles on the sides of my head) i feel a sound like air escaping..or trying to escape. sometimes when i eat i feel a clicking in my ears..when i exercise or jump i feel clicking in my hears. can anyone relate to this or tell me what they think it might be?
thank you

Re: what is this?

Sounds far more TMJD related than inner ear - look up this on the internet - hbep will be able to advise further.
