Hello people,i had my first appointment with the talking therapist yesterday,and i cried all the way through the hour session seemed like 10mins it went so fast.I came out feeling mentally exhausted but relieved the first one was over.She believes that it all comes down to control,as i feel like i have no control over what is happening to me,with the vertigo.I have always been in control of my life in every aspetic,but now im not.Talking felt good,and im hoping she can help me regain my control in myself.But she says i have to learn to except that this is how i am for NOW.Its a hurdle in my life that i will get over or at least learn to cope with,better than im coping now.
Heres hoping for the old me back soon.
