I am pretty much running at 100% most days, still have times when I am feeling heady and off balance but can always attribute it to some form of stress or fatigue.

I'm glad to hear that you are doing so well! Success stories are what keeps the rest of us going. LOL
This whole thing is such a puzzle, and with the 12 Doctors I have seen I thought I'd have an answer. The common thread is that they do not agree on much, but all either have a theory, or say "wow, you're a puzzle".
