Re: what helps dizziness please please help me

600mg of magnesium per day has helped me tremendously with my dizziness, to the point where I practically dont notice it.

Re: what helps dizziness please please help me

Do you have any vrt exercises?
I found that going for little walks, drinking lots of fluids, keeping off caffeine, resting, in particular helped me. The more active you can be (build up over time) the better you will be in the long run. You will feel dizzy as you start to do more but your brain has to be exposed to the things that make you dizzy to learn how to cope with it.
Hope that helps a little.

If you have 24/7 dizziness and vertigo like I did for 1.5 years, you might have migraine associated vertigo. I suffered unimagineably day and night until I found an ENT who figured out what was wrong! Dr. Judith White at the Cleveland Clinic is amazing. She suggested that I try Effexor XR for migraine vertigo, and within 4 hours of taking the first dose, I was already getting better! Don't lose hope. I know how you feel, but NEVER stop looking for an answer.
