Numb, Fullness Feeling in Ear

It is really hard to explain but I have a numb/fullness feeling in my right ear and right temple area and ear feels like it is stopped up. I do hear a popping in ear occassionally. Sometimes at night I wake up with a dreadful sharp pain in the right ear if I am lying on that side.

Here is the deal. I have been checked for TN, TMJ, Sjogrens and Lupus and sinus. All are normal. Had CT scans, MRI's, etc. but have not had ears checked. I am not sure if CT or MRI would have shown ear problem???

Has anyone else had these symptoms. I do not consider myself to be dizzy all the time, but occassionally I will run into a door or two and sometimes when I stand up.

Any help would be appreciated. This is driving me crazy.
Thanks
