Can someone please help! My ears always itch! ARGHH

Hi guys I am new member. What brought me here was my ears arghh! I have had a problem with them for about 4 yrs now. They itch constantly and not to be gross I get this dry skin, it just peels right off my ears from the inside and everything. U have seen the dr 4 times and he assures me nothing is wrong. what happens is I will start itching a little inside my ear and I will feel dry flaky skin so when I itch it starts peeling off, it doesn't hurt or anything. It will then start itching more and more, once I peel all the dead skin off, which is a lot, my ear will start leaking, like water almost. I have used these ear drops from the dr and special exima cream also. NOTHING IS WORKING!! arghhh I feel so embarassed to pull my hair up because I feel like people may see the dry skin, I have tried putting creams in and everything. I go through this everyday, the skin just keeps comming back. Everyday I have to peel it off, I know this sounds crazy and a bit disgusting but I am wondering if any one can shine some light and perhaps provide some information. I would greatly appreciate it!

My son is allergic to gluten, dairy, soy and red dye #40 and he itched his ears all the time prior to that. I don't know which one caused it but since I took him off of all of it he no longer itches.

Allergies to all dairy products produce the symptoms you have try cutting sown on them and see if it helps!
I really feel for you.

My ears itch really bad. I don't have the pealing skin issue though. They itch really deep and I have to use a q-tip to itch them. I know it is a bad habit but they itch so bad. It isn't constant. It comes and goes every day or two.
