Hi Joy,
school is going well. i finished my first clinical a few weeks ago. It was hard with the dizziness but i made it through it. My last final for this semester is this week, then i get about 3 weeks off which is nice. How is school going for you?

Glad to hear things are going well. Congrats on finishing your first clinical! that's great! I am just about to get done with my first full time clinical experience. I learned a lot but it was a struggle. School is very different from the "real world of PT". patients are never as straightforward as in school tests. But it was a great experience and I can't wait for when I actually feel confident in this stuff and can help patients. Thankfully my ears have behaved over the last two months. Hopefully they will stay that way.

I totally agree with you. Being in the clinic is so much different then what is done in school, but it is the best way to learn. I got stressed out a lot because it is really hard to get the hang of how things are run, how patients react and what to do about it, etc. But I loved it and i learned a lot as well. Hope things keep going well for you and keep letting me know how things are going!!
