Has anyone been experiencing sleep problems that are not related directly to Dizziness or Vertigo?
I have never suffered from dizziness while lying down. Only extreme nausea. (Worsen on one side). I did need to elevate my head but due to the nausea. Anyway, the nausea has passed for the most part but I am still straggling with sleep. Sometimes can't fall asleep but mostly, fall asleep and wake up in two or three hours and this is it for night. I am exhausted.
Sleeping tablets made me feel like a zombie and I was told they are not recommended.
