Question Eye Problems???

Anyone else have any experience with their eyes getting tired or sore? Do you think this has anything to do with labs or VN??

Yep, it would be def have to do with an inner ear dysfunction. Thats a good thing that your eyes are very tired. Your brain is already compensating for VN or Labs. Good thing!!!! Everyone is different. You can have this thing from 3 days to 2 years. For most it goes away within 2-4 months. My eyes still get stiff from time to time, but when they do I know I am compensating. When you go to the doc on Tues., ask for VRT....vestibular rehab therapy. You may not need it, but its good to have it just in case. It will bring on your symptoms, but it is a good thing. You will start to have up and down days....thats the way it goes. Im sorry that you have this.

I was freak'in out in the beginning when i first had this....everybody does. You will really be okay. I try not to come on the boards that much for my own sanity. But since I joined in dec 2006, I am SO much better. When I first came on the boards I was freaking out and asking many, many questions. And having Subs30 helping us through our hard times, he helped me and so many others, its a blessing to have him on the boards. He fully recovered but took over a year. If you read back from a few years ago, you'll see what people felt like in the beginning of all this and til they recovered. You are no different. But you still have that huge chance to be one of those lucky ones that get better in weeks. Good Luck on Tuesday. Make sure you let us know the outcome.

Jax

Re: Eye Problems???

hi , yeah my eyes get so tired, especially towards the e nd of the day. I have been having symptoms for nearly 18 months now and still find it hard at times. I have weeks when i feel awful and start to wonder if this will ever end. but then i get weeks were i feel a bit better and then a little bit more better. Its a roller coaster ride that you just have to ride out. You wont enjoy parts of it but the times you do feel better you really appriciate and see light at the end of the tunnel. Since having this it has made me appriciate my life more and realise what is important and what isnt. This is just a little blip in your life that you can look back on as one of those "experiences". Hope tues goes well.
