Where I am at now...

Hi guys...I am going on 12 months August 8th. Where I am now...I have days when I barely notice anything. Then days where the symptoms come back...esp. when I have a terrible nights sleep (baby teething right now).

I am continuing doing my exercises...go out, shop...doing everything I use to. Just some feelings of off, woozy, dizzy some moments.

Everything is much less, and much more manageable.

Chicago, if you are listening...is this typical?

Honestly, it is not so overwhelming anymore. I still have great days, and worse days...

Hope all is well with everyone.

Re: Where I am at now...

I am at 4 months. Still foggy headed and pressure in my ears. I had 8 almost perfect days a week or two ago, but now back to a couple of good days and a couple of days of fog each week. I am still working every day and pushing through with it. Also doing VRT's twice a day. Doctor wants me to get a MRI next week to make sure nothing else is going on.

Re: Where I am at now...

You're doing so well Charlotte- good for you! I'm 16 months into this and still have constant dizziness. I'm definitely MUCH better than at the beginning of it all, but still not anywhere near where I want to be. The biggest area of progess is my balance is mostly normal. I'm seeing a new dizzy doctor at the end of the month. I haven't see a traditional doc since December so we'll see if a new person has anything to add.

Re: Where I am at now...

Char, you are awesome! If you compared yourself from 3 months ago, you know you are 100 times better. I know its fustrating because progession is so slow. I have to keep reminding myself that too, that its not going to be gone over night. We all wish it did!!!! I know when I look back at three months ago, I feel like I did a 180 and you will too...its like something just clicked!!

Keep it up, and if you need any encouragement, just look into your baby's blue eyes!! That should do it!!!

Cath

Re: Where I am at now...

Thanks guys...Honestly, still having this makes me nuts. However, being reminded of how far I have come is great.

Thanks so much.
