Have you been evaluated by an ENT/dizzy specialist to rule out inner ear problems? I do have visual issues still and was diagnosed with vestibular neuritis 8/2006.

Re: wobbly bouncy jiggly vision not eyes just vision

I have the same thing and also was diagnosed with vestibular neuritis. I am also exhausted all the time, but have always had energy problems. What works for me is getting up early and exercising. It has changed my energy for the rest of the day big time. My first thought is the same as Charlotte, you should see a neurootologist or ENT at this point to have some inner ear testing done. The primary care docs often don't know enough about this stuff, so seek out a dizzy specialist, and try to get a proper diagnosis so you can treat this thing.
