Fatigue

I have been dealing with an inner ear disorder since october 2006 and have been making great progress. I have been going to pt twice a week and still doing my vrt excercises. The only question I have for all of you guys and gals on here is do you suffer from morning fatigue? Even if I sleep for 8 hours I wake up feeling so tired until around 1 or 2pm. I try to just blow it off and still go biking and then wieghtlift for about and hour. Is this normal?

Re: Fatigue

Yeah I'm at my most fatigued as soon as I wake up. Mine comes and goes, I have good days and bad days. Today is a really bad day, I just feel totally exhaused and weak. I'm no doc, but my theory is when you sleep your brain is hard at work doing some repair work on your CNS and hence why the fatigue. I also get more fatigue the more I do VRT and walking in attempt to force my brain to compensate. Despite it making me feel like absolute crap I just push on anyway in hope that it is bring me to a faster recovery.
