oh yeah, what helps alot with dizziness is...

A homeopathic medicine called Ventigoheel. I found it easily at my local healthfood store. The main ingredient is Cocculus Indicus. It says to dissolve 3 pills in your mouth 3 times daily, but i've found relief with just 1 pill once daily. It has lactose in it, but i don't find it bothers my stomach and i'm lactose intolerant. I just take it when I feel I really need it. Apparently it's supposed to help with nausea too but I haven't tried it for that.
