Diagnosis: Still working on that
Dealing: Changes day to day but have found the best thing I can do is make sure I am rested to the best of my ability and try to avoid any unnecessary stress.

How long have you been dealing with this: 5 months
Diagnosis: Migraine
What helps you deal with your symptoms: Advil for minor to moderate headaches, Vicodin for severe headaches, Ativan for dizziness, Reglan or Compozine for nausea. Avoiding triggers is the best bet (but very difficult).

hi!! Age: 38 How Long: 3 years Diagnosis: NONE after test after test !! Take 75mg of effexor which helps with anxiety, rest,rest,rest pray vertigo dont return lol

Diagnosis: unilateral loss after vestibular neuritis
What helps you deal with your symptoms: Fighting, seeking wellnss regardless of my symptoms- exercising, meditating, yoga, vestibular rehab, vision therapy, eating well, trying to be happy as much as possible, enjoying life

How long have you been dealing with this: 17.5 months
Diagnosis:BPPV and inner ear weakness
What helps you deal with your symptoms: VRTs, running, biking, walking. My friends that stood by me during this horrific ordeal. I could say I am 99-100% with a few blips here and there throughout the day. Mainly small vision issues left. It took along time and alot of work to get here, but it was sure worth it.
Just wanted to add, that dont forget we all can/will recover. Its just a gitch in our lives.

Diagnosed: VN 8/2006...12 months...noticed real improvement month 7, 9, 11 & 12...now mainly dealing with visual crap.
What helps: exercise, walking, badminton, good support system - friends, boards, family, getting a good nights rest, eating well, keeping as positive as you can..., doing the things that make you worse so you can compensate...

How long have you been dealing with this: 5 months
Diagnosis: bilateral vestibular dysfunction & Silent Migraine (suffered classic migraine since I was 17 classic migraines stopped about a year ago.)
Right now nothing is helping! Just started meds 3 weeks ago....not working followup scheduled for the 27th.
