After doing 3 weeks of VRTs I believe my dizziness has reduced more than 60-70%! Which is great. I now have to walk at decent distance before I start feeling dizzy.
But I was just wondering if anyone else with dizzys gets weak, achy or jelly legs. My legs are constantly stuffed, some days are better than others. I guess I have been working them out a fair bit.
Yep, I have that. Remember, your legs are working overtime to keep you steady. You are working them far more than you have in the past. That is what my Physical therapist told me.
I had that too. It would come and go. Its such a strange feeling! Im happy that they VRTS are working. You will very better and better, but it wont be linear. So when you have a few bad days, its okay because your brain is relearning everything you doing. VRTS only way to recover from vestibular damage. Dont stop them!
Cool, thanks everyone... feel a bit better now. I rested them a bit yesterday because I was starting to get cramps and almost pulling muscles in my calf muscles. Ha... got to slow down a bit I think.
