Hi D&S, you can always leave ths mall. When you go, just think that your car is outside and if you feel funky just head home. Its happen to me plenty of times. But knowing that my car was right outside i started to feel more comfortable. You'll be okay, really. I think this is the hardest step, going out in public by yourself. Once you do this, it will keep getting easier. Just do it. Take a deep breath, it helps alot, and maybe you'll have fun shopping and will be able to ignore your dizzies. Becareful with your anxiety, it will make things alot worse. Just think positive because this is a part pf recovering, going out and doing things.

And Charlotte, You'll be fine and you know that!!!!! I do like to know that there is always an out too. I usually like to be in control of the situation taking my own car to places. I was testing myself two weeks ago at venice beach, I let my dad drive us there. I had no way to escape and leave the huge crowds. But I did sit for awhile because all the visual stimualtion made me feel a little off after awhile. But I know deep down inside that it was good for me. Overall, I was fine.
