Perspective

Tonight I got an exciting dose of perspective. I was at vision therapy and the last exercise we did was a new one. I got really dizzy and realized that I haven't felt that dizzy in so long. Prob months now. Even last week when I had a rough day after not sleeping well the night before was much more mild than this. AND after coming home and closing my eyes for prob 30 min I recovered. I'm inching my way to the end of this thing! I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
