Pulsing in left ear and dizziness

Hello all , I am really hoping for some answers.

Here are my symptoms.

Out of nowhere i will feel a pulse sensation in my left ear accompanied with a noise and as the pulsing continues (5 to 10 times) i get dizzier and dizzier. Not the spins but very offbalance. After the attack stops i feel offbalance for 10 to 20 minutes And the left side of my head is sore and feels full.

A little history.

I have been experiencing these symptoms for 15 years. It will usually start in june or july and last for a couple weeks to a couple of months before the attacks stop. Sometimes it will skip a year. I have just had an MRI that was clean and my ENT basically told me there is nothing more he could do.

I am hoping someone here has some experience with this. Thanks for all the help, i am starting to get really anxious about this and i have a baby to be born in 3 weeks.
