| My first ever investigation - at audiology
I went today and he was very nice to me,
I had to put on goggles with cameras in them whilst he shook my head side to side, and apparently my eyes darted back and forth which suggests a inner ear disorder. Then after talking about my problems he said I have typical inner ear disorder symptoms.
Lastly I told him about my ear buzzing at night, and how it only happens when my husband speaks. He said that was interesting cos that strongly suggests a inner ear disorder.
He made me do a hyperventalation test which was ok.
He then said hes 99% sure I have a inner ear disorder and I need more tests and gave me excersizes to do at home.
Now I awaiting my next tests.
phew , oh and the walking with eyes closed was terrible, I had to put one foot infront of the other but couldnt do it ???
