Re: 6 Months.....

My only advice would be to keep doing your VRts regularly, and try too relax more. You need some moments to yourself.

Re: 6 Months.....

What that means is that you are going to get better and better the more you keep busy and do the exercises! Keep up the great work.

Re: 6 Months.....

Easy one that D & S do you feel as bad as that first week 6 months ago??? I suspect the answer will be no I dont feel that bad. . . . . Then you are getting better then!
It takes time, it'll be 2 years for me this month, not 100% yet, but 90-95% most of the time ( I hope I haven't opened my big mouth saying that)

Re: 6 Months.....

Yeah I am better than the first few weeks but this just drags on....i know the average is 2 years but do you know how long 2 YEaRS sounds to someone at 6 months??Especially one who feels like they lost on a whole summer of time with the kids? And I feel like I have missed out on my sons first year of life. I feel any moment I will wake up and it will stll be march 5th not sept 5th...

Re: 6 Months.....

I know exactly D & S I've been there, but I've said this before to Charlotte. I'd rather I was going through this than any of our kids, or my Husband or my eldery parents and in laws, I just couldn't bear it to happen to one of them. You have to pick yourself up dust yourself off and get on with it as best you can, push yourself you will be suprised.
