hey guys! question

hey guys. im almost at 2 years! thats so crazy to even think about. im doing much better overall. my only complaint is that i get off balance when im doing work around the house or sports or something if i move my head too much. i notice that is pretty much the only time im bothered. i was told by my doc that its normal and it will continue to disapear with time. i want to get back to swimming and basketball and running without having to worry about being off afterwards. its really the most stubborn illness.

im starting VRT again and see if it goes. anyone else that has had it for a while now have that? if there anything you guys do to make it better?

Re: hey guys! question

I'm 2 years this month also, most of the time I'm sort of ok, still have a few visual things going on, but like you the off balance, dizziness will take me unaware while I'm just doing a normal task or stressed I still do my VRT's daily, my docs told me the average time for complete recovery is between 2 and 5 years? I don't think 24/7 "oh I feel so ill" anymore, I still have off days though when I worry is it all coming back.

Re: hey guys! question

2 to 5 years sounds like the main one. when put that way it seems right because at 2 years its ALOT better.

Re: hey guys! question

I am with Jayne...I am visually challenged...but have much better days. I am in the 90's most often...with drops only when my sleep gets slammed...(baby has a tough night), or when I get a bit of anxiety.
