| jerky head motion
Wondering if anyone else has this symptom... I get this when I am dizzy and I never really thought too much about it... But It seems that when I am dizzy, If I move my head up and down... The motion is very jerky.. It is not fluid like the left right motion... Anyone else get this?
Try moving your head fluidly from left to right.. Then up and down.. If that is fine, try leaning forward a little and doing the same while looking down.. If the dizziness is less, but still there it only occurs for me when I lean over... If it is real bad, it affects all motion.
