Most EENTs diagnosed me as having "Progressive Hearing Loss - could be Congenital". I always have an episode of up and down hearing levels. Not VRT, not PET, Not Miniere's, not otosclerosis nor acoustic neuroma, as what those EENTs had said after a recent Hearing Test. It made me decide that i should be aware of my diet as my hearing becomes worse now. No alcohol, no coffee, and no more salty foods while taking Sudafed, Nasonex and Calcium, for a month now, while my hearing is really in bad shape and becoming profound.
Last week, we went to Amusement Park where I have tried on Roller coasters in as many as I could handle. We all know that riding that beast gives us lots of jolts and g-forces on all sides. By the next day and everyday come this week, my hearing level was recovering little by little as I have to adjust my hearing aid's volume lower. My-oh-my!!!! what is really wrong with my ear!!! I will not stop taking my meds as I want my hearing to go better than ever before.
