Dizziness

I woke up this morning and when I went to get out of bed I was very, very dizzy. I had to keep getting back in bed because I thought I would fall. I started drinking water I had by my bed and that helped. I had this twice before and they called it Vertigo-positional. I am thinking it comes from my inner ear. I took a dramamine and eventually I was able to get up and walk around. I kind of feel spacey today at work and exhausted but that can be from taking that pill. They make you tired. Does anyone ever get this out of the blue!! I am anemic from losing lots of blood during my period so that could be part of it too.
