Does anyone notice that they feel less dizzy when they are distracted, busy or stressed by something besides feeling dizzy? I've found that if I can get my head involved in something else, I don't notice the dizziness as much. Usually, you hear that stress makes things worse, so I was wondering if anyone else shared my experience.
CK--I'm sorry about your grandfather. My grandmother passed away a little over two years ago and I understand how you feel. My thoughts are with you.
i'm definitely the same way. if i'm busy with daily activities, or really into something, i don't notice my symptoms as much. however, when i'm stressed, it seems to get worse. so i don't know. i guess it's just our brain being distracted...which is good sometimes i think. when i'm sitting still or just being lazy, i notice it like crazy. blah!
