I had that when I first moved to the mountains...The elevation was different than what I was used to, and I would get the dizziness, vertigo, nausea, etc. off and on....Most times it was worse in the morning, getting out of bed....
After living here a few months, it went away pretty much...Sometimes I experience it, but I also have sinus and allergy problems too, so not always sure what causes it....
But after I got adjusted to the altitude, it was much better...I also have had labrynthitis in the past, so have a compromised inner ear system anyway I think, and little things can set it off in me, that wouldn't in others who never had inner ear problems..
