I've had those head and eye exercises, and for me, I'm so sensitive, it definitely made me feel worse before better. I had to stop them, due to my mom getting deathly ill in another state, and I've not gone back for them.
The eye "gaze" ones really messed me up, so obviously, my eyes compensating has a LOT to do with my vertigo. Anything moving or spinning on TV, say, I have to look away. Forget about boats, being on a dock, watching moving water, all eye movement things REALLY bug me.
I trust the man who worked with me with those exercises, though and trust that when he said it "stired me up" and I'd have to go to a level of being challenged but not out of control, and keep plowing through . ..
