 Pinched Nerve in Inner Ear????????
I have had problems with my ears ever since I can remember.
Here are my symptoms:
severe tinnitus - both ears (right ear seems louder)
dizzyness when lying on my side - (the dizzyness will go away when I lift up my head and change positions)
weird pressure feeling at the base on my head behind my right ear
episodes of "feeling out of it" like everything is moving in slow motion for a few minutes then I feel fine - (very rarely happens though, haven't had this happen in a year or so)
I mentioned these symptoms to my doctor once and he said it sounded like I could be a pinched nerve deep in my inner ear.
I was sent to an ear nose and throat specialists and he couldn't ever figure out what was wrong with me.
I am tired of this feeling at the base of my head, its where that bone is at the base of your skull where your head meets your neck on my right side and the ringing ears. I have to have some kind of background noise going or the tinnitus will be so loud I can't stand it.
Does anyone else feel like this. The ear doctor told me too that it was unusual for me to be getting dizzy laying down too so what does that mean?
Anyone please give me your opinions/advice or if you have symptoms like mine let me know what you have found out.
