Hello Wetears,
Have you been tested for eustachian tube dysfunction - have you had a tympanogram or, even better, further, more advanced ear pressure tests. These will show whether there is fluid in your eustachian tubes which is one of the things that can cause this feeling of fullness and light headedness.
If that has been done and there is genuinely no sign of fluid, then look at my post entitled 'ear fullness/pressure/pain, tinnitus, dizziness, my diagnosis.' It could also provide some answers.
