Post Went to an amusement park

Hi everyone,

Yesterday, I spent 10 hours at Busch Gardens. I felt good the whole time, too. (Except, the small brief little dizziness.) I walked around all day while pushing my little one in her stroller. My hubby, brother-in-law's and nephew got on all of the rides. I passed on those of course. I didn't want to take any chances. Maybe, the next time I go to Kings Dominion, I'll get on a roller coaster- but I still don't have the nerve. But, I felt good for the most part- so even with the setbacks I have- I am getting better, so it seems. I'm in month 10...

Here's hoping all of you are feeling great!

Jill

Navelis:
When I first read your initial post of Amusement park, I was just going to type one word to you and that would have been "Psycho" but glad to see that you didn't go on the rides. I would suggest breaking yourself in with a nice mellow ride, like in the little kiddie section. Real glad you're doing better again.

all the best

Kathy
P.S. When you felt your little bit of dizzies was that after you had been walking around quite a bit?

Hi scant,

Yeah, I felt a little dizzy and off when I sat down after about 3 hours of walking. But, it could have been the ride that was in front of me spinning around. That seemed to bother me. But, overall, I had a great day. And, your right- whenever I do decide to get on a roller coaster- I will just start with a kiddie ride... but, that will be a while from now. I don't want to do anything that may trigger the dizzies.
