Question Subs

Subs, I know you did your own VRT and you are aware of most of what I am doing. I was just wondering if you might share some of your ideas on what you did for VRT on your own. I know you didn't care for the VRT therapy at the clinic. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Did you do any of the exercises that you can get off of the internet or were you just creative like I am trying to be. I found that the eyes closed drunk test going uphill is alot harder than on a flat surface, got pretty close to the ditch the other night. The dogs probably thought, "oh cool, moms going to get a drink where we do" fortunately my eyes opened in time. Anyway, when you get a chance because you are just such a busy popular guy around hear I would appreciate any of your input.

'Oh cool, Mom's going to get a drink where we do' - hysterical - can't stop laughing. Thanks for putting a smile on my face. Sorry, Scant, thought I better come back and edit this as I realised it might sound like I was laughing at you nearly falling in to a ditch - obviously that isn't the case. I just love dogs and often also wonder what they imagine is going on. People must seem really strange to them sometimes.

I have others---if you want them---but these seem to get the job done---of course like you I do the walk with the dog(eyes open & closed)---plus the mowing/weedwacker junk---room painting etc...usual stuff---all-in-all staying between 99.x and 100%---so far(knock on wood)---but still have this feeling that I am not out of the woods yet.

How are you doing????

Hi Scant - read your post - Brina is doing VT also - she gave me some great exercises its on our old thread otherwise post her on our current thread - i am sure she would be glad to help. Hope you are ok!!

Hi subs:
I was having a pretty good spurt of staying in between 85 -90% and then the day before yesterday could feel myself sliding back. Yesterday morning was pretty uncomfortable I'd say I felt about 70% but in the late afternoon forced myself to take a long hike and started to feel much better by the end of the hike. I'm taking this day by day but I know that my spirits are usually much better towards the afternoon.
You sounded a little off or down in your post but you certainly sound very close to and end. I sure hope you are.
