Hang inThere!
I still have alot of fullness in my head. The tightness that comes up around my face and makes my face feel drawn. This is kind of new thing. My first initial symptom was waking up in the night after turning over with severe vertigo. It only lasted moments but I stayed still in bed and got on meclizine and steroids. I felt dizzy and just took it easy and then after about a week or so began to notice my face tightening and just did not feel good overall. Anyway, about 10 weeks later after avoiding certain movements cause I felt I would spin out of control, found out that I needed to do balance exercises for the dizziness, not to avoid movement and was told by a balance center that it could take up to a few months to feel normal and to be patient cause it is a long process. So, I have felt ALOT better doing the exercises but have this pressure that comes up in the sides of my neck and into my jaw area and behind my ears and feels like my ears are full. It's weird. I will be going back to my ENT doctor next week and am curious to hear what he says about it. He put me on a second round of steroids last week. Anyway... It is hard not to feel "normal". I am thankful to feel better after the exercises. Hang in there! Feeling better will come, it just is very slow with this inner ear stuff! |
