Oddly, I don't think it IS off the subject.
Been doing vestibular rehab for about 3 weeks...
it's based largely on training my right inner ear,
which works fine, to take over for the left ear,
which doesn't. (Regardless of how the damage occurred)
All of the exercises have to do with using
your eyes with head and body positions that bring you just to the brink of dizziess, nausea. They're done with the PT, and at home alone to a lesser degree. Each time you do a little more, and become a little more stable.
I'm not all surprised at how easy that was to read!
Our brain/eye connection is amazing. My eyes are
part of the re-training of my inner ear, and it's
acutally working!
