chronic earache please help - Inner Ear Disorders Message Board

hi everyone I am new here,my symptoms are earache(right side).blocked nose(right side),tenderness and heavyness over bridge of nose and right cheek under eyes,post nasal drip,watery eyes,I get some relief with sudofed and nasal sprays,but the symtoms allways come back,I have had these symptoms since july this year,and sometime I can feel my ears squelching !I am on a 12 week waiting list to see an ENT,I am just wondering if any of you can share with me what treatment I will get.and also any tips to relive this pain and dsicomfort,my own doctor seems to think I have sinusis and I also have chronic reflux diagnosed last year with a scope down my throat . many thanks star

Hi

it could be that you have allergies I never used to find Sudafed brought me much relief, I used a saline nasal spray recommended to me by ENT called Sterimar get it in Boots which you can use. Helps to flush out the nasal cavaties. I was prescribed loads of steroid nasal sprays which I was relunctant to take, a homeopath will be able to help.. mind you this is how mine might have started before the vertigo attacked.. should get it checkout out.
