Hi - I see you are a newbie - welcome on board - yep I know what u r talking about sooooooo well.Its is driving me mental and like you I seem to get the odd day or so when its like hey that feels way better than wham - its there big time the whole deal - imblanace, swaying, bouncing, rocking, exagerated feelings of movement.

Like u I had the epley done - what can i say it did help then it did not.

Had a superb time on Friday morning then drove the car up a bumpy track and wham HELLO and its all back big time.

I wish I had the answer as to how to get rid of it - I keep getting told its the crystals - they plan to do the epley again!! on wednesday and I am going to pick their brains again!!`

The one thing I am pretty sure is that we will get better - i think whilst we are having this whole deal you gotta try to stay calm and think positive. Oh for some odd reason I find caffine makes it worse.....not sure why...could just be a coincidence.

How long u had this deal? what triggered it off - what are your symptoms. take care - i hope that helps a bit.
