I ask because I was feeling much closer to normal earlier this week, but am right back in it today and can only think that a mexican meal I had last night was high in sodium content and may be (partiallly) to blame.
U need to spread your sodium intake evenly throughout the day, if u eat a meal in one sitting with lots of sodium, u will get a sudden rush, which can cause symptoms.
Have u read about or tried the zone diet? This has been one of the most helpful diets for people who suffer with hydrops. The zone diet involves eating 5-6 small meals evenly spread out through the day.
All the best
