No diagnosis can be made from VNG alone. It simply looks at eye movements in relation to vestibular stimulation.
It measures your nystagmus (eye jerking).
VNG will tell you if you have a balance organ weakness. on which side and to what extent.
there is a chance of a weakness not being picked up also due to vestibular compensation.
