palpitations

hi i would like to say what a good forum this is..

i have suffered from panic attacks since i was 17 i am now 40.i got over them for a while but then i started getting palpitations,which up until now i still get ,i get them were they are everyother beat is a missed beat i feel bit dizzy sweaty etc etc all the panicky feelings.i have had in the last year all the tests done for my heart and all came back negative...since the tests i have been able to control the panic attacks but cannot stop the palpitations does anyone else have to live a life like this

This is the wrong section of the forum for this question.

If the palpitations are still connected with panic attacks, then focus on treating the anxiety.

Everyone has palpitations at times, and they are usually not serious. If your tests have come back normal, then I wouldnt worry about it. Its normal to get dizzy and lightheaded from palpitations.
